User registration
The purchase of products requires that you register on the website by creating a user or "customer" account. APOYODRAVET will request, prior information and acceptance by you of the Personal Data Protection Policy, those compulsory (indicated with an asterisk *) to manage the entire process of buying and delivering products.
The registration procedure also requires that you choose a username and password that you must use to access your account. Payment methods
The payment methods admitted in the website are the following:
- Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro, Diners and Red 6000 cards): The data transmitted related to payments by credit card are encrypted through a secure line to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the Bank with which APOYODRAVET operates. If you pay by credit card, you will be asked for: the card number, the expiration date and a Validation Code, which matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card.
- In the event that the choice of any of these means of payment implies an additional charge on the price of the item shown on the website, APOYODRAVET will inform you by means of the breakdown of the total price about all the increases that are applied by the use of the means of payment before you acquire any payment commitment. In any case, this charge will never be higher than the actual cost borne by APOYODRAVET for the use of such means.
Product Availability
Order Delivery
The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address designated by the user within a period of approximately 48 hours and, in any case, within 15 calendar days from the completion of the purchase.
If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery of the order has occurred when you or a third party authorized by you takes material possession of the products, which will be credited by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Delivery Issues: In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and try to contact the recipient by telephone to make a new delivery. If the delivery fails again, the client must contact the transport agency to arrange a new delivery.
In the event that 30 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery and it has not been delivered for cause not attributable to APOYODRAVET, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved.
As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the less expensive delivery method ordinary that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we consider the contract terminated. Where appropriate, APOYODRAVET may pass on the transportation costs arising from the termination of the contract.
Invoicing
The products will be invoiced with the tax rate of the shipping location (currently corresponding to 21%) for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable.
In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT, due to their special tax regime, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and / or tariffs in accordance with current regulations.
You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic support. However, you can indicate at any time your willingness to receive an invoice on paper support, in which case, we will issue and forward the invoice in that format.
Return policy
Right of withdrawal

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the assets resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Guarantees and returns
For the purposes of these Conditions, return shall be understood as the one generated by a defect, tare or receipt of an erroneous product.
Guarantee: In the event that you are considered a consumer or final buyer, the contractual guarantee offered by APOYODRAVET for purchases made on this website is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, that is to say, it will be responsible for the breaches of conformity that are manifested in the products within two years of delivery.
For these purposes, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the present Conditions when they conform to the description and qualities that appear on the website, they are suitable for the uses indicated for them and present a quality comparable to that of other products of the same or similar characteristics.
Return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, APOYODRAVET may retain the return until it receives the returned products or until the user submits proof of how the order has been returned.
